Team RedShad grabs First and Third in Indiana
BASS Federation Invitational.

Bloomington, In -- Paul Smith finds himself in first place in the
overall co-angler standings of the Indiana BASS Federation Invitational
Series. After winning the first tournament of the year on Patoka
Lake he picked up his second win today at Lake Monroe. This all
in his first year fishing bass tournaments!
Paul, a student at Purdue University, says he has quickly become
hooked on the tournament fishing experience. He is enjoying the
opportunity to fish with a variety of anglers and learning from
each one. Obviously he is a quick learner.
Also doing well today, co-angler Rod Yoder of RedShad.com, finished
in third place. Both Paul and Rod fished Hildebrandt
Tin Roller spinnerbaits over the tops of submerged weeds. The
addition of a blood-red trailer hook proved deadly as the spinnerbaits
were fished rapidly across the weeds triggering reaction strikes.
